Consumer Attitudes to Organic Produce from Wales
Beaufort Research were commissioned by BOBL to examine the attitudes of consumers to organic produce from Wales. The first phase was a review of existing evidence which was used to inform a telephone survey of 1,400 consumers in the UK, half of whom were in Wales. The survey collected information on the spontaneous responses of consumers to questions on organic topics and then presented respondents with a number of statements to test their attitude to relevant issues.

Key Findings May 2011
