Food Network Wales is a collaborative venture between the three food centres in Wales, which provides a service for food processors, including research, new product development, training and marketing support. See:

Food Centre Wales reports that the number of producers and producer groups looking at developing new products is increasing. Every year the Horeb Food Centre receives 60-70 ideas from people wanting to develop a new food product line. This results in between 14 and 20 new products every year. The Food Centre has developed new products for Cambrian Organics, Rachel's Dairy, Crai Organics, Knobbly Carrot Company, Sancler and many more.
There are a number of opportunities for you to market your produce. See our public procurement page and Better Organic Business Links for more information.
