Providing information on organic food and farming in Wales
Food values and ethics
Our Food Values project ran from October 2014 to June 2015 in collaboration with the Aberystwyth University geography department and the Public Interest Research Centre and the aim was to ask:
• How can values inform food education and communications?
• What are the implications of a values approach for the wider food system?
• How does the Welsh Government's existing food policy engage with and reflect values?
We ran five food events, interviewed government staff and others, and held a final conference. Full details of the project are here: foodvaluesblog.wordpress.com and documents are available below.
